Policy

Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your function.

Ordering from AVI Catering is both easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that all of your information is protected by our secured server.

Due to time needed to successfully plan your event, we ask for a minimum of 3 business days lead time for orders. Orders requiring hot food and /or hors d’ouevres require at least 5 business days notice to assure product availability. 

Menu – We have designed this menu to offer variety and convenience. However, special menus and services can be made by contacting our catering office. Our AVI Chefs and Event Coordinators will be more than happy to plan an event and menu to any specifications.

Catering Hours – services are available Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 5:00pm. Event deliveries outside of this time frame are available and can be arranged through the catering office. Please note that any caterings delivered and set up after 5:00 pm will require an additional labor charge. Additional labor will be billed at a rate of $30.00 per hour.

Office Hours – Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm

Modifying your order – You can request changes to your order via your confirmation email. For last minute changes, please contact our catering office to make arrangements.

Delivery – There will be a $25.00 delivery fee added to all orders totalling less than $50.00. Deliveries will be made according to the arrangements made when placing your order. For scheduling purposes, if you have last minute room changes or a change to your scheduled set up or clean up time, please contact our office to make arrangements.

Cancellations – To avoid being charged, cancellations must be confirmed through the catering office. We will do our best to avoid any unnecessary charges. However, if product has been secured for your event, you may be billed for those items.

Substitutions – We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.
